The only issue with our hotel room was that we showered in baths because the drains don't drain. We normally go twice a year and don't know that we will go back to Jackpot or make the switch to Pendleton. A group of 12 of us made reservations for 7:30 and proceeded to have our worst experience there and personally my worst experience with staff anywhere ever.
I have spoke to the VP of HR and and waiting to hear back from him about our dining experience at the Desert Room.
First I want to start by saying Tammy at the front desk is an asset to the establishment.
